The returned item(s) must be unworn, inside its original packaging and with all protective labels intact, in the same - new - condition as when received.

Products purchased from a retailer (instead of our official website) should be returned directly to their store and following their own specific return policy.

To return your item(s) please follow these simple guidelines:

2. Please provide the correct Order number and Email address, so we can correctly identify your purchase record.

3. As soon as you submit your request, you will receive an automated email confirming the process and assigning you a Ticket number. You will then receive a 2nd email notifying you of further instructions to finalize the return process.

4. Return the item(s) and we'll credit your refund within 48 hours after receiving the package.
