To return or exchange an order, please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Initiate a 'Return ticket' by contacting one of the contact options below.

2. As soon as you submit your request, you will receive an automated email confirming the process and assigning you a Ticket number. You will then receive a second email with detailed instructions on how to complete the return process.

3. Return the item(s) and we'll issue a full refund or exchange within 48 hours.

The returned item(s) must be unworn, inside its original packaging and with all protective labels intact, in the same - new - condition as when received.

Products purchased from a retailer (instead of our official website) should be returned directly to their store and following their own specific return policy.
