
INSURANCE POLICY
Coverage
This Policy applies to all parts of the Watch (the “Covered Timepiece”). Insurance coverage under this Policy shall commence on the date of delivery (the “Effective Date”) and shall remain in effect for the Period of 10 Years (the “Policy Period”), as defined herein.
Payment
Coverage is provided in consideration of a one-time (1) payment, with No additional fees or charges payable for the duration of the Policy Period.
Replacements
The Policyholder is entitled to receive shipment of all replacement units at no additional cost. The Policy provides a maximum of five (5) free replacements during the Policy Period, after which no further Free Replacements shall be provided.
Exclusions
This Policy does not cover:

The Loss or theft of the Covered Timepiece;

Any damage occurring outside the Policy Period (10 years).
Limitations
Replacements may consist of new or refurbished products, at the Provider’s sole discretion. Once the maximum number of five (5) replacements has been reached, this Policy shall be automatically terminated.
Precedence
In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Policy and the Terms and Conditions contained in the PDF document attached to the Order Confirmation email, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
